Since 1997, ACTEBA has been active in all construction sectors.

Our team of experienced engineers and technicians has developed the skills and tools required for rigorous management of all construction phases of a site/major project.

We participate in defining construction techniques with very precise methodology and phasing. We then schedule all the works and tasks to be accomplished for harmonious, rigorous completion of the site.

We arrange for the presentation of prototypes, controls and technical data sheets for validation by our client. In this way, we promote the quality and compliance of projects whilst optimising their organisation. We control the issuing of contractors' implementation plans and issue detailed approvals. We control the built structures and transfer them to a software program to handle reservations issued.

Through the daily involvement of our teams, we are able to weave lasting relations with our clients and our partners.

Marc's associate is Carlos, who joined ACTEBA in 2011. As a conductor and with a keen sense of customer relations, Carlos knows how to bring people together and unite them. Like Marc, he supervises the projects (and chivvies everyone along in the restaurant!).

Adèle Boudvillain

Adele took her sandwich course at ACTEBA and is therefore one of the oldest there. Calm, adept at fieldwork and works supervision, Adele is a scheduling, overseeing and coordination officer or project manager for the projects she follows. And she is the person to contact if you have questions about Excel spreadsheets!

Works Engineer

Joins us in September 2021 after the ESTP and a year of financial audit. Discreet and methodical, he will take charge of a site with innovative techniques, accompanying Marc.

Cécile Conduché

Architect in La Minga structure

Our Bordeaux architect joined us in 2015 to expand project design. With her hard work and exacting standards, she has kept her zest for life and for creating. Allocated to tricky sites as general contractor, she knows how to adapt to uncertainties. She therefore swims like a fish in this job, synchronised swimming needed.

Stéphane Esteban

Pilot, work coordinator

Having joined ACTEBA for the highly-important, difficult Villages Nature project,Stéphane is our man with a strong, forceful character who knows how to enforce the instructions on a construction site but also how to organise and coordinate all the skills gathered around him. But watch out, his airs can put the fear of God into you!

Louis Gaudin

Engineer-Architect in La Minga structure

The bearded man of the ACTEBA team! With his double degree of engineer and architect, Louis is involved in feasibility studies and project studies, then in works management. He dreams of creating a climbing team at ACTEBA!

Hamou HAMANI

Works Engineer

Hamou joined us after graduating from ESTP, his calm and determined strength allows him to untangle difficult situations and to progress rigorously in the act of building. He is a bit like our boxer who mixes patience and winning spirit. He completely integrates the team values of ACTEBA. He joins ACTEBA as an apprentice since September 2021 and accompanies Hamou on his first job. Under his long hair hides a lively spirit and a motivation for this trade.

Babacar NDOUR

WORKS MANAGER

In addition to his natural good humor and interpersonal skills, he knows how to be determined and convincing in order to federate the people working on the site. Every day, he sets up the teams on site so that the schedules are respected, and he monitors the quality of the work.

Works Supervisor

Gregory is our bundle of energy and enthusiasm. No chance of contractors shirking with him around! His experience has also taught him that rigorous checking leads to rigorous construction.

He joins ACTEBA as an apprentice since September 2021 and accompanies Hamou on his first job. Under his long hair hides a lively spirit and a motivation for this trade.
