Hausmann-type private building in cut stone. Renovating all the façades by cleaning and scrubbing, repairing Angers slate roofs, replacing fluted cast iron rainwater downpipes, shot-blasting and painting locks and joinery and replacing skylights.
In the Embassy building structure: repairing indoor decorative paints, replacing electrical installations and fitting air-conditioning in the offices.
