Nestled in a serene green park in the midst of the urban landscape of Sarcelles, this architectural gem was designed by Francis SOLER’s agency, which entrusted Acteba with the D.E.T. management and O.P.C. coordination of the works.

Enclosed by two circles, this cylindrical building features a bright central space combining steel and glass around a landscaped patio. Its unique exterior envelope, made of cast basalt blocks mounted on a stainless steel structure, displays iridescent black and blue reflections, which shift in tone depending on the sky’s light.
