A large company in Champagne entrusted us with the full renovation of a 19th century château and its outbuildings to create a luxury holiday destination reminiscent of the major milestones in the history and life of the company.

Refurbishment of a building structure housing the servants' quarters of the old Château de Bercy.

Renovation of the Cirque d'Hiver façades, listed Napoleon III historical monument, with historical research using period documents and on-site surveys to reconstitute as accurately as possible the construction and decoration elements of the era (1852).

Hausmann-type private building in cut stone. Renovating all the façades by cleaning and scrubbing, repairing Angers slate roofs, replacing fluted cast iron rainwater downpipes, shot-blasting and painting locks and joinery and replacing skylights.
