This old nine-storey Gaz de France building has been entirely restructured. The Project Owner sought out ACTEBA for an expert assessment with the SPIE company to support and challenge it in organising all the structural alterations.

Cristal Monceau
Major refurbishment of a 1970s office building at the heart of Boulogne Billancourt, creating an upper floor above a building structure.
TURNER apartment
Total refurbishment after gutting and in-style decoration in a prestigious 150 m2 apartment facing the Eiffel Tower.
Video conference room
Creation of a prestigious video-screening room, panelled with sequoia outside and maple inside. Retractable tables in two shapes (round for meetings and curved for conferences).
